No need to pay in cash! While many other companies only accept cash for renting an apartment we accept online payments by credit card and pay pal. You pay us for a reservation (first day), and the rest of the total price (according to how long you are going to stay) you pay us at your arrival. You never pay the total sum of money in advance, so you can be ensured that you will get all the services you’ve ordered.

In case the service is already paid but for some reason you can not come, we refund you money, or postpone it to another date, depending on your choice and wish.

If you do not speak either Russian or Ukrainian then we strongly recommend that you book one of our "English speaking" drivers to meet you at the airport or station. Most taxi and bus drivers do not understand English. One of our English speaking members of the staff also will show you the apartment and provide you with the keys. Before you arrive you will also be provided with the apartments address.
